How to rename favorites in Apple Maps? Apple has changed the Favorites section of Apple Maps, which in iOS 13 looks different than in previous versions of the operating system. Add a location to your favorites
First, open the Apple Maps app and then use the search bar to find a place you want to add to your favorites. Click it, then scroll up to expand the relevant tab until you are in front of the Add to Favorites button. Just select it to do this.
Rename favorites
At this point, after opening the Apple Maps app, the Favorites section will be visible on the main screen: if this does not happen, simply swipe up to expand the menu tab visible below.
All that remains is to click the See all button visible next to the Favorites tab, then find the position you want to change and click on the adjacent button (s). Then select the Label item, click on the box to type the text, then delete or modify it as you wish and click Finish at the end of the operation.
Done!
