Apple will announce the 15″ MacBook Air at WWDC. Apple plans to unveil the 15-inch MacBook Air at WWDC23. This was reported by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, explaining that the new computer will be one of the novelties, together with the preliminary versions of iOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10, tvOS 17, in addition to the expected AR / VR viewer.
Widgets will be a central element of watchOS 10
Gurman covered the MacBook Air unveiling in the latest issue of his newsletter; he still reported the arrival of the preliminary version of watchOS 10, a release that will see the return of widgets, elements that will be the central component of the new interface.
The Bloomberg editor had previously indicated the arrival of the 15″ MacBook Air in conjunction with WWDC but now claims that it will be one of the new products that will be presented at the developer conference. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously reported that the 15-inch MacBook Air should integrate an M2 chip and be available in variants with different types of GPUs, along the lines of the 13-inch MacBook Air with M2 chip.
Other than the larger display, no other design upheavals are to be expected. It shouldn’t be missing the FaceTime HD camera in the notch, MagSafe charging, two Thunderbolt ports, headphone jack, Magic Keyboard, Touch ID, Force Touch trackpad. The colors should be the same as the current MacBook Air M2: silver, galaxy, space gray and midnight.
